Raised in Bergen, Norway, SYLV!A’s love for music blossomed early, leading her to front the family band The Ojiaku 3+ by age eight. Her father’s 2010 move to Nigeria shifted her focus to academics, but songwriting remained her secret outlet.

After earning an Economics degree, she returned to Nigeria, embracing Lagos’ creative pulse: “The city’s energy pushes you to believe in yourself,” she says.

2nyte celebrates sisterhood, freedom, and self-expression. With lyrics like “Tonight, I wanna turn up with my girls,” the track blends Afro-fusion rhythms and R&B textures, reflecting SYLV!A’s dual heritage.

Now, SYLV!A joins Nigeria’s wave of diaspora artists, ready to connect through music. “This is where my story begins,” she affirms. Inviting listeners to dance, dream, and embrace their uniqueness.
