We are a small, remote-friendly team based in Nigeria working with contributors across Africa, Europe and North America. Most roles are hybrid or fully remote, with occasional travel for shoots, festivals and events we produce.

• Editorial — writers, editors, video producers and photographers.
• Music — curation, charts and artist relations.
• Events — production, partnerships and on-site operations.
• Commerce — merchandising, fulfilment and customer support.
• Product and engineering — web, data and platform work.

We commission freelance features, interviews and photography year-round. Send a short pitch with two or three relevant samples of your work. We respond to pitches we intend to commission, usually within two weeks.

There are no open salaried positions listed at the moment. We still read every speculative application.
